Our shows usually take place outside in public spaces so you don't need to do anything special to attend. Just show up and enjoy.
Twelfth Night, Ithaca, NY
The Annual Twelfth Night Celebration, an Ithaca tradition for over three decades, is a rare example of what happens when people decide to entertain themselves, instead of letting someone else do it. It is primarily an evening of storytelling, in which the storytellers are members of the audience who feel like telling a story. At some point in the evening, the storytelling will be rudely interrupted by a band of travelling players from Syracuse who will regale the assembled multitudes with an outrageous Mummers' Play, part of an age-old tradition. The Bassett Street Hounds and Thornden Morris combine forces to do this Mummer's Play.
